General Information

Yes! Everyone who plans to participate in any activity at TKT Playtime Inflata Park must have a valid waiver on file and be checked in at the front desk. Guests must be 18 years or older and present a government issued photo ID to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years of age, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. In most cases, waivers remain valid for a year.
Yes! We require every jumper to wear TKT Playtime Inflata Park socks. Our socks have special material to provide grip on our surfaces for your safety. We enforce this rule to help keep our park safe and clean. Lost socks, even inside the facility, will incur replacement sock costs.
Yes! We do have food and drinks available for purchase. There is no outside food or drink permitted with the exception of a birthday cake when you are hosting a birthday party. Please speak to a member regarding bringing in outside food for special events. Visit our concession menu here.
No outside food or beverages (including water) are permitted.
While our kitchen does not have nuts, and our items may contain nuts, we cannot guarantee that they have not come in contact with nuts at our suppliers’ facility or while being transported.It your child has a nut allergy please make conscious decision about your purchases.

Yes, of course… For parties Tuesday through Thursday an additional 30 minutes can be added for $85.00. An additional 60 minutes can be added for $135.00. Parties held Friday through Sunday an additional 30 minutes can be added for $100 and an additional 60 minutes for $155.00. Please be advised additional jump time does not include room or table time. Additional room and table time may be possible depending on availability and must be discussed and paid for prior to end of original end time. Which means the host and guests should be prepared to vacate at designated time. The additional jump time will be added on at the end of the original party end time. Lastly please be mindful that any latecomers will not automatically grant them access to the additional jump time. Additional jump time is only for already checked in guests. For a gamers zone party additional time can be added as well and it is only done by the hour. Each additional hour will be $125 an hour. Please feel free to speak to management if there are additional questions or concerns.

If your kids are 4 years or older, you will not need to jump with them.  If you have kids ages 3 years or less you will need to jump with them so both parent and child will need a ticket and TKT Playtime Inflata Park grip socks. Children less than 18 months old or not yet walking are not allowed in the inflata park unless supervised by a parent or guardian.

Kids/babies ages 18 months and younger are not allowed in the attractions area unsupervised.  Kids ages 18 months  to 3 years old will need one participating adult per child – so both parent and child must have a ticket and TKT Playtime Inflata Park grip socks.  Babies under 18 months old or not yet walking are not allowed in the inflata park by themselves. Should the parent/guardian choose to have the child/children participate, a ticket must be purchased and waiver completed.. Participants for laser tag and nerf wars must be at least 6 years of age.

No, it is all free-play. We have court monitors who serve as lifeguards, but they are only there to supervise guests and ensure they are behaving safely. They do not teach or guide guests in activities. However, court monitors are available to referee dodgeball, laser tag, nerf wars, TKT Gamers Zone (gaming area) and control meltdown games.

Yes! Participants can book jump times online from the navigation menu. Please note that some specials are not included in this feature.

No, however time slots can fill up quickly and without a reservation there is no guarantee that space will be available. We always recommend getting your jump tickets online and signing your waivers prior to a visit.

While parental supervision is always required at TKT Playtime Inflata Park, we have suitably trained staff throughout the facility monitoring the inflata park to ensure that everyone is playing in a safe manner. Any rough housing will be addressed and may result in immediate removal of the park.

Yes! TKT Playtime Inflata Park is committed to the safety of our customers and employees. All areas are cleaned and sanitized  by utilizing the latest in environmentally safe and OSHA approved cleaning solutions. The solution used is intended to reduce exposure to germs and cross contamination for all who visit, making our environment cleaner than public playgrounds, daycare centers and even schools.

TKT Gamers Zone is a replica of the infamous TKT Gamers Zone mobile gaming trailer. Like to game TKT Gamers Zone is the space for you. It houses PS5s, Xbox’s, Nintendo Switches, and a VR setup. Yes, participants must be at least 6 years of age.
Socks are not required. Although it can be entered with TKT Playtime Inflata Park socks for fun.
No, unfortunately for your own safety and others’ casts are not permitted on the trampolines. Also for your safety you should not participate while recovering from a current injury. TKT Playtime Inflata Park will not be legally liable for injuries. All participants and or guardians should be aware that there are inherent risks of participating and by signing a waiver it is agreed TKT Playtime Inflata is not responsible for such risks.
There are cubbies for participants to place their things. We do not recommend living valuables in cubbies. TKT Playtime Inflata Park is also NOT responsible for any valuables or damages to items left outside in vehicles. Staff is also NOT allowed to hold on to valuables for customers.

Deposit is non-refundable but date can be altered if notified prior to the event date. There is an additional cost to reschedule the date as well. DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE? Unless being used for membership billing, we do not keep that information. You will need to pay the remaining balance prior to your party and if paying by card, that card must be present to use it.

All ticket sales are non-refundable, non transferable… NO EXCEPTIONS!

All event deposits are non-refundable. Date and time can be changed with management approval as long as the new requested date does not interfere with any other customer’s event. These funds may also not be transferable.

Party Information

Parties can be booked via phone or in person. A deposit is required in order to complete the reservation (cash, amex, visa, mc or discover). Once reservation is complete, an invoice will be emailed to the email address that you provided and that serves as confirmation of your party. If you don’t receive that email within an hour of placing your order, please email us at tktplaytime-inflatapark@tkt-ent.com

Inflata Park: Use of our 10,000 sq.ft. Inflata Park includes a Dodgeball Arena, Rock Climbing Wall, Ninja Walls, Obstacle Course, Wipe Out, Meltdown, Biff Bash, Extreme Mega Slides, Climbing Walls and Open Jump Area. We also have our Toddler Zone, which is specifically for jumpers 42″ or less. For an Xtreme Inflata Park experience, add on one or more of our Entertainment activities which include our Game Room (XBox, PS5’s, Nintendo Switch and Virtual Reality (VR), Arcade, Laser Tag and Nerf Wars.

**Open Area Paty’s provide two 8 foot tables on our main floor. **Specific table areas on the main floor can be reserved by call only.**
Your reserved party table/room/use of designated area time will be available at the start of your party time. Your host will make sure that your party table is ready at that time.
Yes, we are happy to take requests and will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee a particular table.
Yes, a deposit is required to book a party with us. Times/Dates/Rooms/Tables will not be placed on hold without a deposit. The amount of the deposit will be approximately $100-$150. The exact amount will be determined by the party package you chose.

For our Unleaded, Mid and Premium party time is 2 hours. 90 minutes of jump  (including laser or nerf time) and 30 minutes in the room or at table. The Diesel package is 2 hours and 30 minutes (including 1 hour jump, 45 minutes in Gamers Zone, 15 minutes of laser tag) and 30 minutes in room. Our Gamers Zone party package will be 2 hours total.

No, we do not provide goody bags for our parties. You are welcome to bring your own in, provided your guests do not consume them on our premises.

No age restrictions for our birthday parties but there are attractions within our Premium and Diesel party packages that require participants to be 6 years old or older. We can also adapt party packages to suit bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events and team builders.

Your party will escort you to your designated area. Once there they will bring in all of your cutlery, complimentary water, drinks and food from the concession area. They help maintain party time and there to make sure all of your questions are answered. Party hosts do not help decorate designated area but can help if asked and time permits.

Yes, socks are included in the cost of the party for the party guests. If socks are removed at anytime while in the park they will be asked to put them back on. If lost guests will be charged for new pair. No socks are required for a TKT Gamers Zone party.
Adults are required to wear TKT Playtime Inflata Park grip socks if they are going on the attractions, i.e., participating or using any equipment in the inflata park. Also adults will be also required to pay if entering the park.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own décor for your party table if you like. You are welcomed to free standing backdrops. There is no tape allowed on the walls, window or tables. Absolutely no silly string, confetti or micro decorations.

Yes, you can bring balloons as long as they are securely tied to balloon weights upon entry. We do not provide helium.

The birthday child is not included in the guest count. The official participation number in the party is 10.

We welcome your additional birthday guest of honor; however, it does not increase the number of guests covered in the cost of the party.

We will do our best to accommodate your extra, last-minute guests. You will be charged the extra guest fee that corresponds to your party package as described on our Parties Page. There is to be no exceptions to this rule unless otherwise approved by management.
We sincerely hope this doesn’t happen because we want your birthday boy or girl to have as much fun as possible. Per terms and conditions, we do not discount party package based on the number of guests in attendance.
Yes… We ask that your request is received no later than 48 hours prior to the party.
For birthday parties, all of the kids that are checked in as guests will be included in your party package and therefore paid for. Please talk to your party coordinator upon reservation if you feel that you have a special situation.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated and a great way to let your party host know that he/she has done a great job.
If possible please request add ons as soon as possible. At the latest we can add on certain items until the start of the party.

At the end of the jump time guests are NOT allowed to return into the inflata park unless additional time has been purchased. Jump time starts at the beginning of the party. Please refer back to “how do parties work” for more clarity.

Your time is tracked by the color of the wristband issued at the time of check in. Once your time has ended it is announced overhead and or an attendee will advise.
